Welcome to our cozy, comfortable and relaxing All-Inclusive beach Hotel comprising 12 rooms,1 suite and a Padi Scuba diving centre.

 

Relax and enjoy sunbathing on our sandy beach or take a swim in the clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, the "house" river or in our private swimming pool.

Owned and managed by a Belgian family who speak English, French, German, Spanish and Flemish, Sunset Bay opened its doors on 24 October 1997.

Only 20 minutes drive from Canefield Airport or a 1 hour drive from Melville Hall Airport. There is a public transport (mini bus) stop at the hotel entrance.

Sunset Bay Club is bordered by the Batalie river: at the back of the hotel, steps have been made so that you can take a short or longer upstream walk (no footpath but shallow water).

Sunset Bay Club Beach Hotel offers relaxation and tranquility in comfort.

There are 4 single storey cottage units. Each containing two double bedrooms and one four-bedded bedroom. The four-bedded bedrooms have 2 double beds and one bunk bed. In addition there is 1 cottage containing the suite

Take a dip in the freshwater swimming pool with its spacious sun-terrace embedded in the tropical garden or 'recover' from your hike in our sauna.

A "lovers lane walk" around the property identifies the many indigenous plants, flowers and trees which make-up the beautiful gardens.

Discover the world beneath the waves of the Batalie Bay in front of the Sunset Bay Club and view the exotic marine life. We can provide snorkeling equipment. We also have a Seaside Dive Center

The "4 Seasons Restaurant" on the beach-front, the bar where you can cool off with a rum punch or a house cocktail, and our evening entertainment (occasionally) are other features of our small All-Inclusive property.

Watch informative video sessions about Dominica, the nature island of the Caribbean, in the TV-corner opposite the bar. We also have cable television including several news channels such as CNN and BBC World.
